Crafting ice cream is a difficult task. It takes precision to properly balance the ingredients while knowing what to add and when. We precisely combine milk and cream with the perfect blend of quality ingredients such as chocolate, caramel, fruit, and others. Our 90 years of experience allow us to create what we believe to be the most delicious premium ice cream available.
Leiby’s Dairy© supports our local dairy farms. We source milk and cream from our neighbors to ensure the highest quality and freshest ingredients go into our time tested recipes. You’ll be able to taste the freshness in every scoop. The remaining ingredients come from other local artisans who share our passion for making the best product possible.

1928
Founded
Our Story begins in 1928 when we first opened and started producing artisan crafted premium ice cream.
1965
Leiby’s Ice Cream House Opens
Thanks to the overwhelming populatity of our many delicious flavors, the Leiby’s Ice Cream House opened down the road from our production facility.
1998
Opened New Ice Cream Plant
With the introduction of several new flavors, an ever growing customer base, more distribution partners, and increased demand, a new stand alone state of the art ice cream production facility was built.
2018
Opened New Mix Plant
With increasing demand and strong growth, we built a new state of the art ice cream mix production facility that could not only handle the increase in volume, but allow us to grow in order to serve our expanding customer base.
