Vanilla Milkshake
Below is an easy base recipe that you can use to get started creating amazing milkshakes right from home.
What you’ll need:
- Blender
- Electric Mixer
- Whisk
- 2 Cups Leiby’s Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/4 Cup Whole Milk
- 1/4 Cup Evaporated Milk
- Salt
- 1 Vanilla Bean Pod
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2oz White Chocolate Chips
- Maraschino Cherry
- Chocolate Sprinkles

Preparing The Milkshake
- Microwave 1 cup of heavy cream for 2-3 minutes
- Add 2oz of white chcoclate chips into a bowl along with 1/2 of the vanilla bean pod and the heated heavy cream
- Whisk until combined, cover with saran wrap, cut a few holes and chill in refridgerator for 24 hours
- After 24 hours, uncover and use an electric mixer until the mixture becomes light and fluffy
- Add 2 cups of Leiby’s Vanilla Ice Cream to a blender along with 1/4 cup of whole milk, 1/4 cup of evaporated milk, 1/2 vanilla bean pod, and a pinch of salt
- Blend until desired consistency
- Pour into a glass and top with the heavy cream mixture, chocolate sprinkles, and a maraschino cherry
