Vanilla Milkshake

Below is an easy base recipe that you can use to get started creating amazing milkshakes right from home.

What you’ll need:

 

  • Blender
  • Electric Mixer
  • Whisk
  • 2 Cups Leiby’s Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • Salt
  • 1 Vanilla Bean Pod
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2oz White Chocolate Chips
  • Maraschino Cherry
  • Chocolate Sprinkles

Preparing The Milkshake

  1. Microwave 1 cup of heavy cream for 2-3 minutes
  2. Add 2oz of white chcoclate chips into a bowl along with 1/2 of the vanilla bean pod and the heated heavy cream
  3. Whisk until combined, cover with saran wrap, cut a few holes and chill in refridgerator for 24 hours
  4. After 24 hours, uncover and use an electric mixer until the mixture becomes light and fluffy
  5. Add 2 cups of Leiby’s Vanilla Ice Cream to a blender along with 1/4 cup of whole milk, 1/4 cup of evaporated milk, 1/2 vanilla bean pod, and a pinch of salt
  6. Blend until desired consistency
  7. Pour into a glass and top with the heavy cream mixture, chocolate sprinkles, and a maraschino cherry
